Top 5 Must Haves for Fall 2015

As summer is coming to an end, and we take a preview of what is to come for this fall. Here are the 2015 must haves to keep up with the trends!

Smudgy Eyes : The nineties are back in full swing; top knots, chokers, brown and black lipsticks, and my personal favourite – kohl rimmed eyes are now totally acceptable again! Try Mirabella’s Eye Definer in Smoke. And don’t be afraid to mess it up a little bit; the trends are definitely showing that the smudgier – the better!

Dry Shampoo : With fall right around the corner, people are replacing their blondes for deeper, warmer tones. With this we know that colour fade out is a huge problem. One thing you can do to help with this is skip the shampooing once in a while. Dry shampoo is a great way to nix the grease and keep your hair looking fresh for a few more days. Try using Oh Beehive by Tigi Bedhead.
Peach/Rose Blush : For this fall, we are seeing more natural looking cheeks. The goal here is to look like you’ve been taking a walk in the brisk wind and your cheeks have just become flushed. Go for a lighter, rosier look rather than the bright pinks and golds. Try swiping some of Mirabella’s Brilliant Mineral Highlighter in Glowing Coral or Mirabella’s Blush Colour Duo in Merry.

Cleansing Conditioner: With the dryer season coming around, shampooing your hair can just dry it out and make it seem frizzier. To help with this try co-washing – once a week wet your hair in the shower and use conditioner just like you would after shampooing. Or invest in one of the new products we have in stock, Cleansing Conditioner by Pureology. They’re great for keeping your hair fresh, but they don’t dry it out as much as traditional shampoo.
Colour Care Shampoo and Conditioner : Finally, probably one of the most important must haves in fall hair care, colour protecting shampoo and conditioner. Going back to what I said before, the trends say that darker hues are about to start popping back up. Colour fall out is a huge problem for those of us wanting to keep those colours fresh and shiny. Try using Bed Head Colour Goddess, or S-Factor’s True Lasting Colour Shampoo and Conditioner.
