Response Time:
At Seven Salon, we value communication and strive to respond to clients within 2 working days. Please note if you reach out over the weekend, we will get back to you the following Monday, at the soonest.
Dear First Time Clients,
We are so excited that you have chosen Seven Salon and we cannot wait to meet you! We value your time along with each of our professionals, and ask that with every first time client, when booking a chemical service, or any service longer than 2 hours, that a $100 non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of booking. Our deposit policy is in place to ensure we reserve your appointment time specifically for you. It helps us to provide a seamless experience for all of our clients, by minimizing last-minute changes or cancellations.
The deposit goes toward your service, so it is not an extra fee – it is simply applied to your total on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to work with you as long as it is within our cancellation window, and within two weeks after the original appointment, with your salon professional.
We truly value your business and want to make sure every client, including you, has the best possible experience.
Cancellation Policy:
Each situation will be taken into consideration, as we understand that not all of life’s events come with notice. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment, and we will be happy to reschedule it for you. Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made weeks/months in advance, we send out appointment confirmations and reminders, via text/email, 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Another reminder will be sent out again via phone call, 24 hours in advance. If your appointment is on Monday, we will send out reminders the Friday before, and will give you a quick call before the end of the day Saturday. We ask that any cancellations, or rescheduling of your Monday appointment, be done by the end of the day Saturday, otherwise it may be subject to our cancellation policy, as we are closed on Sunday’s.
Please note that any appointments cancelled/rescheduled the day of your appointment, will be subject to our cancellation policy as follows:
First time: 50% Service Fee
Second time: 100% Service Fee
Third time will be addressed
*Appointments frequently cancelled 24 hours before, will be subject to our policy.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable our wait-listed guests and others of any availability, with plenty of time for them to make it work, and keep our professionals’ schedules filled, as well as support their livelihood. Our number one priority is providing above and beyond services for each of our established, and future guests, and this allows us to do so.
Late/No Show Policy:
As a courtesy, we ask that you give us a call if you will be late to your appointment. This way we can communicate to our stylist to make sure we have enough time allotted for your appointment. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, our professional may have a consultation with you as requested, to see if there is time to perform part of the service scheduled, in order to respect the time of our guests’ appointments that follow yours. Our late policy is as follows:
First time: Warning/Deposit
Second Time: 50% Service Fee
Third Time: 100% Service Fee
Fourth Time will be addressed
Our stylist’s respect your time, as much as our other guests, and we ask they, too, compensate you for any lost time.
If you are 15 minutes late without prior notice, it may count as a no call/no show, and we may ask you to reschedule your appointment. No call no shows will be subject to our cancellation policy, as it is within our cancellation window. We ask for this so we can honor our clients’ appointments following yours. A no show may result in a fee added to your service, and must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Please give us a call no matter how last minute! We are very flexible if you are under 15 minutes late, we just ask that you reach out : )
Redo Policy:
At Seven, we value your satisfaction and understand that there could be times where we don’t meet your expectations; despite our best efforts. We approach these instances as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. As a result, we have a redo policy in effect.
If you are ever unhappy with your hair, we kindly ask that you contact our front desk team within 72 hours of your appointment, to voice any concerns, and set up a conversation with your initial salon professional. If determined a redo is necessary, adjustments may be made within two weeks at no cost, with your original salon professional.
This courtesy is not to be confused with “change your mind,” rather, technical errors. Examples of technical errors include uneven cuts, spotting, or unevenness. If your request is within redo guidelines, we will do all we can to fix any errors in quality. After this period, we will assume everything was satisfactory.
While we are happy to make adjustments, please note that any changes requested beyond the 72-hour window, or those requested with a different service provider, will be subject to the full service charge.
Refund Policy:
If we are unable to meet expectations after being given the opportunity to rectify any concerns, a full or partial refund may be granted at the hand of management. If we are not given the chance to correct any challenges, a refund of services will be forfeited.
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we strive our best to deliver an excellent experience.
Product Return Policy:
We ask if you are unsatisfied with a product, that you bring it back within two weeks, and we would be happy to exchange with a different product, or refund you the original price paid.
Privacy Policy:
Any information obtained will not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of marketing or any other reason.
