My name is Tisa.. I had the most amazing hair experience! Shannon did extensions and color and it is absolutely stunning. I finally found my place. Everything about my experience was an A+! She is so knowledgeable about extensions. I interviewed 4 other hair stylists to finally have found Shannon.

Started fine (adequate, never great) but then they kept changing my appointments on me for a gamut of reasons/excuses. Finally, after well over a month of this, they called me for a FOURTH time, asking me to change my appointment. (By the way, these calls to make changes were always on the same days as my appointments.) By then, I’d had enough and just cancelled. It’s easier to get in with a doctor than a stylist apparently. I will not be returning to such an unprofessional place. I understand that everyone is busy and their time is valuable but guess what…so is mine.

Yesterday I brought my 7-year-old girl in for a cut. Not only did he do an amazing job on her hair, he was SO patient with her as she talked his ear off. We will be back to see him again—she's already talking about her next visit 😂 Thank you, Jess!
